The 106 Clan was founded at the end of 2002-beginning of 2003 when the Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield Multiplayer Demo was released. The founders of the clan were Capt. Alias and VTIMPALER. The original members were Disgruntled, DMAC, Zoso, Digital, and Johnnywalker. The clan started to openly recruit and grow. Capt. Alias left to pursue other opportunities and VTIMPALER became leader of the clan.

The clan expanded and then started to match on the Team Warfare Ladder. The clan competed in both 4vs4 and 7vs7 Raven Shield Ladders. The 106 team climbed to the top of the 4vs4 ladder and successfully defended the #1 spot until retiring from the ladder.

The 106 Clans success continued and the clan eventually opened up to other games such as Battlefield 2, the Special Forces expansion in the series, and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter.

106 Clan had always be a tough respectable clan in the gaming community and strives to continue this tradition into Rainbow Six: Vegas.
